-Rewrote the Shield Taser code, with help from Skelegant
-Reflector shield radius increased, visual effects improved
-Reimplemented Powered Shield Taser dealing 3x damage
-Vulcan projectile speed increased to 160, from 128
-Rocket impact damage changed to 60-180 in steps of 30, from 50-200 in steps of 50
-Rocket boxes give 8 rockets, increased from 5
-Fixed graphical glitches with the Missile Battery
-changed sprite names to prevent sprite conflicts with other mods
