Added new CVARs! Accessible from the menu, they can alter or enhance your experience in certain ways, such as giving you infinite ammo for certain weapons, or starting with some or all of your upgraded attacks. Maybe some other fun stuff...

Thrown knives disappear after 25 seconds if not recovered.
Very slightly increased the chance of dealing an extra punch with non-upgraded fists.
